170g Plain Flour

15g Fine Sugar

1/4 tsp Salt

2 tsp Baking Powder

140g Cheddar Cheese, grated

57g Unsalted Butter, melted

100g Fresh Milk

120g Yogurt

1 Egg

Black Pepper, grounded


Cheddar Cheese, grated

Parmesan Cheese, grated


Cheese Muffins by


1. Pre-heat oven to 190°C. Grease and flour 12 muffin holes. I lined my muffin tin.

2. Combine, flour, salt, baking powder, sugar and cheese.

3. In a separate bowl, combine egg, milk, yogurt, butter and black pepper.

4. Pour wet ingredients into the flour-cheese mixture and mix with a spatula until combined. 5. Scoop into muffin pan top each muffin with cheddar, parmesan and paprika, and bake for 20 minutes.
