Prolong Care Guide:
• Before using, brush it with vegetable oil or olive oil for sticky doughs like pasta or if you don’t want extra flour in your dough.
• Clean dry with a brush first, then wash with water, soap and dry well before using.
• After using, Wipe the crumbs and flour from your rolling pin with a dry washcloth or a paper towel first, and then, with a damp washcloth, wipe off any remaining flour and debris.
• Try not to wash in a dishwasher unless necessary and only use the top rack. Try to avoid prolong soaking in water.
• Dry it thoroughly and keep away from direct sunlight.

PRO-TIP: Before use, keep the rolling pin in refrigerator for 15 minutes. The stainless steel retains the cold temperature. The dough is less likely to stick when the roller is chilled and also to resist the dough butter from melting.
