Clicking on the “I agree with the Terms & Conditions” checkbox during checkout constitutes an understanding and agreement of the terms & conditions here laid forth.

Shipping Policy

Delivery Charges are auto-calculated based on postal code given upon checkout and choose the correct location to view accurate shipping charges.

You may choose your preferred carrier based on price and delivery timing.
Estimated delivery time for Singapore via J&T Express or Qxpress is 2-3 working days.
Estimated delivery time for all other countries is 7-14 working days or as stated during checkout.
Orders made before 4.00pm will be mailed out the next day. Orders made after 4.00pm will be sent out the following day.

Glazed.sg and its carriers are unable to provide an exact time of delivery. Our carriers will get in touch with you, should any issue arise.
Should there be no one receiving the goods or inaccuracy of address, re delivery will be at customer’s expense.

Return Policy

If the items are not in good condition at the point of delivery, please email our representative immediately at hello@glazed.sg or you can WhatsApp us at +6594572521

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Your items should be returned by mail with charges borne by you and we will issue an exchange of the same item or refund the cost of the product upon receiving them.
